Are you creating new posts in your blog, but not having Feedburner update (it's suppose to check every 1/2 hour minimum)?
First, if you want to see if your feed is updating on feedburner just click on the 
icon on your blog, this will take you to your feed, scroll down the page and you'll see if your feed contains your latest post.
If so, then you might want to review/try the following:
In blogger, go to Settings - Site Feed and make sure that you have your feedburner address in the Post Feed Redirect URL box
In blogger, go to Settings - Publishing and make sure that you have Send Pings set to yes
You might also want to try using Ping-o-Matic to let feedburner know to update
To make sure that those services that use your feed get updated as quickly as possible:
In feedburner, click on Ping Shot and activate the service
